For the inspection process, by obtaining real-time images of online products, the system determines whether they meet requirements for dimensions, defects, stains, and pattern shifts etc. Agilebot SCARA robots are equipped with suction cup variable distance grippers, which can adjust production rhythms according to different production line requirements and adjust plate arranging through deformation components.  The workstation can dock with the previous production process, easily integrated with production line, ensure product quality by promptly removing non-conforming products (NG). Easy Flexible Switching for Multiple Products

 Through high-speed communication with the vision system via the TCP/IP protocol, the robot can judge the quantity and status of materials in real-time and achieve efficient data exchange with the control system through Socket communication. The 2D vision positioning correction function further enhances the accuracy of robot grasping, ensuring the stability and reliability of materials during the loading/unloading process.
